2. Account Registration
To use Omniana, you must:

- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use
You are responsible for all activities under your account.
3. Subscription Plans
Free Tier
- Limited to 10 contacts, 10 systems, 10 items, and 10 happiness entries
- Basic functionality without AI features
Pro Subscription
- Unlimited entries across all categories
- AI insights and personalized recommendations
- Advanced features and priority support
- Billed monthly or annually via Stripe
4. Payment Terms
- Subscription fees are charged in advance
- All payments are processed securely through Stripe
- Refunds are not provided for partial months
- We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice
- Failed payments may result in account suspension
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for illegal activities
- Upload harmful, offensive, or inappropriate content
- Attempt to breach security or access others' accounts
- Reverse engineer or copy the Service
- Use the Service to spam or harass others
- Share your account with others
6. Content and Data

- You retain ownership of all data and content you upload

- Cancellation stops future billing but doesn't provide refunds
- You may delete your account, which will permanently remove your data
